As 2024 draws to a close there is finally a chance to draw breath and reflect. 2024 has been the most incredible year, with the highest of highs and also the most testing of challenges. As the business has grown and developed we have been faced with situations we never expected to find ourselves in, and yet each and every time we focused on our customers, our service and always managed to find a solution.

This is testament to our team, and to the people who work so hard 363 days a year to bring you the very best levels of service and support possible. Sean has been exceptional as he has grown and developed his role. Sean is the only other person I know that fully understands the mission, the focus on customers, on service, on doing the right thing, and I am grateful every day for the passion he shows for our business and the work he does. As Aaron leaves us to focus on his other activities we want to thank him for all of this work during the year, for being part of the team and for all of his efforts during his time with us. We wish him all the very best for the future. To the rest of our team members, staff and contractors thank you all for the work you do, for helping DJBox.ie be what it is and for helping us grow and develop.
It takes a lot of people to make DJBox what it is, some people you will know of or hear of, other people you will never ever know of or hear of. To our suppliers & partners I thank you all whole heartedly for your support and patience this year as we have worked with you to grow our business. We appreciate all of the work and effort that goes into doing what you do and the impact it has on our business. To the logistics teams, drivers, and warehouse teams that manage shipments and get the products to us in Tallaght to send around the country, thank you all.
To our customers I can never thank you enough. We never take your business for granted, and we work hard to ensure you and your business are looked after and catered for as best we can, every single day! We thank you all for the opportunities, the referrals and for recommending us to family and friends! We know that without you, there is no us, and we thank you for choosing DJBox.ie as your trusted supplier. We are looking forward to continuing those relationships and to building new ones in 2025.
2025….. I’m very excited for 2025. There are plans and opportunities in process that will see us continue to grow and develop the company and the business. We will continue to work hard to retain our laser like focus on exceptional customer service and support, while offering industry leading brands and products. We will continue to seek out exciting new products with our current suppliers, and build relationships with new suppliers to ensure we continue to offer you the best solutions for your events and gigs.
It’s very hard to look to the future without some level of reflection on the past. DJBox.ie is still a relatively young business (in a very competitive industry), and yet through hard work, effort and dedication we have grown at a rapid rate. It doesn’t feel like long ago the kitchen table was where I worked every single day, and sometimes I still walk into our showroom and pinch myself when I see what we have done and what we have created. I’m incredibly proud of DJBox.ie, of the brand, and what it stands for. I am proud of the work we do, the people we work with and the things we represent. For all of those reasons I am looking forward to an exciting 2025.
