To deliver a clearer sound quality that accurately reproduces the expression of the music, the euphonia uses high-quality 32-bit A/D and D/A converters as well as 96kHz/64bit floating point mixing processing operations in the DSP, utilizing the digital signal processing technology AlphaTheta has developed over many years.
All sound coming out of the Alpha Theta euphonia passes through a transformer circuit co-designed by AlphaTheta and Rupert Neve Designs, the legendary makers of outstanding analog audio circuitry and mixing desks revered by artists and sound engineers around the world. This transformer circuit, tuned specifically for the euphonia, adds harmonics to the music and creates a glossy and energetic sound that’s smoother for mixing. Low frequencies such as kicks and bass are more stable and punchy, mid frequencies like vocals and instruments have more presence and gloss, and high frequencies such as hi-hats sound silky and natural. When you touch the faders on the Alpha Theta euphonia, you won’t want to let go. To enhance its intuitive mixing experience, the unit is loaded with rotary faders that feature a brand-new carefully developed design to give you the feeling that you and the mixer are one. After extensive testing, the perfect knob sizes were chosen, with an elastomer applied to the outer circumference of each to ensure a comfortable and reliable grip as well as a high level of vibration absorption.
The uniquely developed mechanism for the faders also benefits from optimum weighting. You’ll notice a difference in the feel of the knobs when you turn them at different speeds, as a smooth load is applied when you turn a knob slowly for delicate fine-tuning and a limited load level is applied when you turn a knob quickly to instantly reach your intended volume level. And the fader volume curves have been optimized through feedback from numerous DJs, enabling smooth and natural mixing without equalizing, so you can concentrate on volume control. Get an instant visual grasp of the status of your mix and the balance of track volume levels by glancing at the Alpha Theta euphonia’s Energy Visualizer. Conventional VU meters only have 1 needle meter, making it difficult for DJs to grasp multiple channel levels at the same time. But the euphonia’s uniquely developed Mix Level Meter features a needle meter for each channel so you can visually check the levels for all channels and mix smoothly while keeping the groove going. Brand-new Boost Send for one-handed effects application
Add one of the built-in Send Effects, or an effect from an external unit, to the sound of any of the master isolator frequency bands. Press the Boost Send button for the low, mid, or high and, as you turn the isolator knob, the effect will be applied to that band. This enables you to apply effects with a single hand in a way that previously needed two, leaving the other hand free for mixing another track.
Boost Level to help you express your style
Pick the Boost Level setting that suits your playing style and the volume level of each frequency band will be increased by the relevant amount. Choose +12dB for dynamic performances, +6dB for sound quality adjustments, and 0dB for reverb effects without any volume boost.
Built-in Send FX to bring depth and breadth to your sound
The euphonia features 5 built-in spatial effects and a high-pass filter, so you can easily add depth and breadth to your music. These are: Delay, Tape Echo, Echo Verb, Reverb, Shimmer, and HPF (high-pass filter). Also Send/Return section which you the option to connect external effects units. A dedicated knob on each channel enables you to adjust the send level going to the selected effect, so you can apply just the right amount. And the time knob, which allows you to adjust the effect delay and reverb time, has a proprietary mechanism developed specifically for this unit that automatically switches between a clicking sensation and no-clicking sensation depending on the effect you’ve selected. When using Delay, Tape Echo, and Echo Verb, the knob clicks according to the BPM, so you can quickly apply effects. When you use Reverb and Shimmer, there’s no clicking so you can turn the knob freely to perform smooth sweeps or make tiny adjustments to find the perfect setting.

Software returns
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any software purchased from DJBox.ie will run on their computer. DJBox.ie will not accept any software and/or related hardware returns as a result of compatibility issues. Please ensure you check the specifications of the software you are purchasing and check them against the specifications of your computer to ensure compatibility. DJBox.ie will not accept for return any software that has been registered with the software provider or it’s agents regardless of age.
Returns
We want you to feel 100% confident when making purchases on DJBox.ie. We will accept for credit any item that has not been opened, is unused and is still new, once returned within 14 days. We will not accept in store purchases for returns on the basis of a change of mind, the return of online purchases is protected. Should you have reason to return an item please enclose your - Name, Address, Order Number and a Returns Code which you can get by contacting us via e-mail. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the delivery. As we are not a manufacturer items must be returned in the condition they were sent and must include all parts to be eligible for the refund. Packages must not be torn, stickers and/or labels must not be removed and items must still have their tags on them. Returned items must not have been used and/or have visibile signs of use.
•DJBox.ie will not pay any carriage fees for returns (unless they are warranty returns) within the specified period. Any other carriage fees being sought by the buyer must be requested in writing before the item it returned to us.
•Returned goods that we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to original packaging and/or being in an unused condition will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged until a dispute is fully resolved. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days from their receipt back to us.
•During our busy periods please allow up to 28 Working days for refunds to be processed, normally refunds are processed within 10 days of their delivery to us.
•All returns must be accompanied with the purchasers Name, Address, Order Number and A Returns Code (RMA Number) which you can get by contacting us, to facilitate us to process your refund promptly.

They are intended to be fair to both you as the customer and layout our role as a supplier of DJ and electronic equipment. If you contract with us, as a consumer they do not affect your statutory rights. They are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights.

During our busy Christmas season once orders have been placed they cannot be amended, please check your order carefully before submitting your order for payment. Orders that have no delivery address supplied or no contact phone number for the couriers to contact, may not be dispatched - these orders will be held until we receive full delivery information including contact number, customers may cancel these orders and receive a full refund prior to their shipping if desired.
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be given or if the goods are still required, we will ask for an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to be at the delivery address given for shipping as equipment cannot be left without signature and customers must be available on their chosen contact number to facilitate the courier to find the address if necessary. We require customers to be available to answer these calls or where voice mail is available to respond to the voice mail in a timely manner. In instances where couriers cannot make phone contact packages may not be delivered. Risk of damage to, or loss of, ordered goods shall pass to you at the time the goods leave our premises for delivery. Paypal orders will only be shipped to the address given on the checkout page. We will not ship to "work" or other addresses as per Paypal and Faize Sound and Lighting Ltd. terms and conditions.
All items displayed on our site are usually in stock ready for dispatch, however if any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order for such goods and will refund in full any payment you have made for them. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way. In the unlikely case of this happening we undertake to notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Shipping policy
Our General Undertaking is to despatch all orders received through our website, within a 3 working-day period once the order has been processed and payment has been paid and cleared with us.
Once an order has been received, an automated email Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, confirming all aspects of the order. You will then receive further automated email updates containing information such as tracking numbers and other updates.
In cases where items ordered are not immediately available we will endeavour to make you aware of this within 24 hours, at which stage we will offer the most up to date delivery schedule available to us from our suppliers. From there you can choose to wait, have an alternative product shipped, or request a refund.
Shipping lead times and time frames
We do not have an option for a same day delivery service. You are welcome to arrange your own pickup and mark your online order for Click & Collect service.
All domestic (Ireland) orders are shipped on a next working day service with DPD. We cannot guarantee an overnight delivery, but this is the service all parcels are booked on as standard by us.
Orders received before 1.30pm on a weekday will ship the same day. All going well the shipment should arrive with the customer the next working day, but please note - THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. Once the shipment leaves us it is down to the courier service, and issues may arise around weather, logistics or vehicle issues. In some cases remote areas may see a 2-3 day service as standard.
Orders received after 1.30pm will be shipped the next working day and will be with the customer 1-2 working days after this.
Orders placed before 1.30pm Friday will be delivered the next working day (Monday) at the earliest. There is an express service for Saturday delivery. This must be booked and paid for separately at the checkout. There is NO same day Saturday service. Please DO NOT order on a Saturday for a Saturday delivery.
Bank Holiday Shipments:
Orders placed before 1.30pm on a Friday before a Bank Holiday will ship same day (Friday) and will be delivered Tuesday at the earliest.
Orders placed after 13.0pm on a Friday before a Bank Holiday will ship the following Tuesday for delivery Wednesday at the very earliest.
Christmas, New Years and other holidays

Delivery Charges
For all orders that have been selected for nationwide domestic Irish shipping there is a flat charge of €10 shipping on all orders with a value under €200 and all orders above this value are shipped with no shipping charges applied.
Oversize Items surcharge
For larger items there is an additional €10 surcharge applied. This is charged by our carriers for items that exceed certain dimensions and/or weights. In these cases this cost is applied at the point of checkout. This typicay pplie to booths, stands and similar items.
In the event of orders placed on our website for delivery to what are deemed by international delivery companies to be 'remote or exceptional areas', Faize Sound and Lighting Limited reserves the right to contact a customer to request payment for the extra delivery cost involved which will be a minimum of €25.00 excluding VAT. If the customer is not agreeable to this additional charge, we reserve the right to offer a full refund to the customer for the amount already paid and to immediately cancel the order.
Orders for items Ex-Stock
While we do our very best to ensure our online stock levels accurately reflect our in store stock levels, there may be occasional instances where this is not the case. In the majority of cases, orders received for general stock items will be despatched within 3 working days. In the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK, these orders will generally be delivered via DPD parcels or another nominated delivery service of our choice.
In the event of any unforeseen delays to the order, the user shall be notified of the delay by email and/or phone call.
Orders for items not held Ex-Stock
When a product has been selected that is not immediately available ex-stock, we will notify you of each product and the average expected despatch time. In these instance despatch times are usually subject to the availability of the item from the suppliers.
In the event of any unforeseen delays to the order, the client shall be notified of the delay by email.
Stock Availabilty
The lead-times that are displayed are approximations based on the most reasonable assessment of our stock levels at the time of your order. Even though we keep our information as accurate as possible, there may be occasions when an items' stock level may not be adequate to support your order quantity. In this event, you shall be notified of any delay to your order by email or phone as soon as possible, and if you are not satisfied with a new expected despatch date, an offer of a full refund will be made to you. If this offer is accepted, the refund will be made to your payment card of choice within 14/21 days
Collections/Click & Collect
Once we receive your order we will advise you that is it being processed. Once ready we will notify you by phone or email, and you can then collect your order at our Tallaght address. Please do not collect your order until you have received a notification that your order is ready to be collected.
