Combining the FLX4, DM-40D speakers and HD 25 gives you a significantly more serious beginner setup while still remaining comfortably below the €750 mark.
Alternatively, the Pioneer DJ HDJ-X5 is currently €99 and offers another step up from basic starter headphones.

We would prioritise the controller first, headphones second and monitoring third.
There is no need to spend every euro simply because it is available. A strong €600–€700 setup with sensible accessories is often better than buying unnecessarily expensive speakers or headphones before you have learned the fundamentals.
Do I Need Speakers With a DJ Controller?
Not necessarily.
You can learn a surprising amount using headphones alone, particularly when practising quietly. Some entry-level controllers, such as the Numark Party Mix Live, also include built-in speakers.
However, a pair of dedicated monitor speakers makes home practice much more natural because you can listen to your main mix through speakers while cueing the next track separately in your headphones.

A DJ controller is hardware, but most controllers depend on DJ software running on a laptop, tablet or phone.
Compatible software can vary by controller and by device. Some software may offer free functionality, while other features may require a paid licence or subscription.
