On the 8th of June Ireland further progress along the road to recovery against the Corona Virus. From this date we are able to open our store to the public and welcome customers again. We ask that customers please observe social distancing when visiting, sanitize your hands on arrival and wear face coverings where possible.
We are so excited to finally unlock the door and welcome you all to Unit 8. Our showroom project will also restart and we hope to have this ready very soon. Stay tuned for updates.
Effective from May 10th 2021 we are permitted to restore our click & collect services. Click and collect will now be avilable as a shipping option for all online orders from this date on. "Shopping by appointment" is also allowed from this date. If you are looking to get a piece of kit and want to make an appointment you can do so via our Facebook page, or by phone, email and all other social channels.
We are very excited that retail is re-opening and we are really looking forward to welcoming customers into our new Cookstown, Tallaght shop.
Thank you all for your support so far as we will see you soon.
Following on from the most recent government annoucement around Covid-19 guidelines and precautions Djbox are excited to share our May plans with you. Government has advised a timeline for the phased re-opening of non essential retail stores, and accordingly we can now confirm as below.
It's hard to believe that despite being in this new shop a year, we have barely had any customers come to visit us and check it out due to guidelines and resrtictions. We are so excited that is about to change.
May 10th - Click & Collect services will resume at Djbox.ie. This will allow customers to order items on our new website and collect from our store in Tallaght. Collections will be by appointment/schedule as agreed to protect the safety and well being of our staff and customers.
May 17th - Our store will re-open and we will be able to allow customers back inside and into our new Cookstown Store. We will continue to observe all guidlines as issued and request customers do the same. Social distancing wil be observed and staff will continue to wear fasks.
With a timeline in place to re-open non essential retail we will now start to reschedule works on our new showroom. With so much uncertainty around timelines and dates, we had suspended all works. Finally, we can start to plan our new showroom! Stay tuned for more updates soon!
There is light at the end of the tunnel, there is positivity, there is hope, and we are really looking forward to welcoming customers back into our shop.
Today certain sections of Irish business and society will start to re-open. Unfortunately non-essential retail reamins as was, with no change to operations. We are still not allowed facilitate click & collect from our store, and the store remains closed to the public.
Djbox will continue to do all we can to offer the best support and service possible to our cusotmers. We still have cre in store 7 days to support your enquiries and online purchases, we ship every working day with DPD and we are active on all social media channels.
Hopefully we will be able to have you back at our store (even for Click & collect) very soon. Stay safe and well.
DPD have made all customers aware of some short delays in shipping times, and we wanted to share that information with our customers. As a result of large shipping volumes, and lockdown checkpoints some deliveries are taking slightly longer than anticipated. Customers are please asked to allow 2-3 days for online orders to reach them from day of shipment.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
