At our core Djbox delivers industry leading service and support to our DJ, live performer and venue customers. Our Tallaght (Dublin) shop is open 7 days a week to help with things like software updates, DMX settings, driver updates and whatever else you might require. We only close 2 days a year! We are also heavily active across Social media channels and available to customers 24/7/365. We offer levels of support that large online retailers do not. We are local, open 7 days and ready to help!
We understand that when it comes to purchasing a piece of equipment buyers have multiple options. Some will buy purely on price, and that's ok. Some will buy safe in the knowledge that if they need support, have a question or need warranty assistance in the future they just have to contact us and we will be there for them. While in monetary a financial terms we may not be the cheapest, our service and support is often invaluable, and a wrothy investment!
