On Sept 3rd 2015 Scott signed this, and a school kid called Sean O Sullivan came to Djbox on work experience. 7 years later, on Sept 3rd 2022 Sean's time at Djbox will come to an end, and what a 7 years it's been.
Sean has decided now is the right time for him to pursue other career interests, and we are looking forward to helping and supporting him any way we can in those endeavours.
What a 7 years, from that 15 year old kid that came to us on work experience, to the young man we work with daily. From being on work experience to being absolutely central and instrumental in pretty much everything we've done in the last number of years. 3 shops, 2 showrooms, 1 global pandemic and countless customers, orders and calls, Sean has been nothing short of phenomenal during his time with us.
There will never be enough words to thank Sean for everything he has done. For the late messages, the weekend phone calls, the work, the graft and more importantly the advise and support. We will miss him, a lot, and we will be forever grateful for all he did, all he gave us, and for what we created and built together. I have no doubt in my mind that without Sean Djbox would not be where and what it is today. Wherever he ends up will be all the better for him and his presence. I will be eternally proud to call him my colleague and friend and to look back at everything we did together.
And so, we must look forward. We look forward to new beginnings, to new additions, and to an exciting new chapter. Monday morning, 11am, a new chapter begins, and a new team member joins us, more on that then.
